This is a drop-off service. Customers are responsible for transporting their vehicle to and from our premises.

Booking & Installation Terms

By purchasing this service you agree to the following:

• This listing is for installation of an ambient lighting kit, not just the parts.
• Your purchase secures an installation slot with our technicians.
• Installation time typically takes 3–6 hours depending on vehicle specification.
• We will contact you after purchase to arrange your appointment date.
• Vehicles must arrive clean and free of excessive interior clutter to allow installation.

Failure to attend a confirmed booking may result in loss of the installation slot.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

To protect both the customer and our workshop scheduling:

• Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before the appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• Orders cancelled within 72 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee due to technician time being reserved.
• Once installation has been completed, the service is non-refundable.

Chargebacks for completed services will be disputed with installation records, booking confirmations, and signed service documentation.

Important Notes

• Minor trim removal is required during installation. All work is carried out using professional trim tools.
• OEM+ lighting kits are designed to closely match factory ambient lighting but are aftermarket upgrades.
• Any existing interior modifications may affect installation time.
